Shipping, Cancellation, and Return Policies

Shipping Policy:

At Traboulssi, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and on time. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Shipping Provider: We use Net Global to handle all deliveries.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Charges: Delivery fees range from Free to $4.50, depending on the weight of the package and destination.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted unless there is an issue on our end. If you request a cancellation after the order has been sent out for delivery, and there are no issues from our side, you will be responsible for the delivery and return charges, which are outlined below:
    • Delivery Cost: $4- $4.50
    • Return Cost: $2.50
    • Total Cancellation Fee: $6.50

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how our return policy works:

  • 12-Day Return Window: You have 12 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Eligibility for Return & Refund:
    We only accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:

    • The order arrives damaged, broken, or unsealed.

    • The wrong item was sent.

    • The product is expired upon delivery.

    We do not accept returns or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong item by mistake or changed their mind.
    All orders are confirmed by the customer before dispatch, and both email and message confirmations are sent once the order is placed.
    Since payment is made on delivery or online, a valid reason must be provided for any return request.

To initiate a return:

  • Returns should be sent to:
    Traboulsi Cosmetics, Masrlies, Lebanon.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions. Please do not send items back before requesting a return, as they will not be accepted without prior approval.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges:

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide any justification. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
